- Conduct the assembly and value adding of parts.
- Monitor the quality of output to identify, discard, or re-manufacture faulty products
- Secure accurate daily assembly production records.
- Execute production work according to ALPS standards and participate in continuous improvements.
- High School degree or GED Certificate with relevant experience.
- Crane of forklift certifications, nice to have.
- 2-3 years of experience from the manufacturing environment like machines, equipment, jig, fixtures, and measuring instruments etc.
- Able to read drawings, blueprints, manufacturing orders etc.
- Intermediate computer skills.
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Physical factors:
Lifting (up to 60lbs), climbing, standing and equipment use.

- The base salary for this role is typically $23.50/hr with a 1.00/hr shift differential.
- The 3rd shift hours are 10:00 pm to 6:30 am Sunday through Thursday with overtime and weekend hours based on business needs.
