Our Richmond, VA (23231) facility is looking for a talented and committed Machine Operator to support our production operations. Core Duties

• Manage and oversee equipment operation to ensure high levels of safety and productivity.
• Conduct regular equipment upkeep and diagnostics to keep machinery running at peak capacity.
• Adjust equipment configurations to align with production timelines and maintain rigorous quality benchmarks.
• Help maintain a safe working environment for the entire team by keeping the workspace tidy and orderly.
• Work alongside colleagues to reach output targets and refine operational workflows.
• Record production metrics and provide immediate updates to management regarding any operational concerns.

Requirements

• Completion of high school or GED; additional vocational training in machine operation is advantageous.
• Demonstrated history of success in machine operation or comparable industrial positions.
• Strong mechanical intuition and the ability to resolve complex technical issues.
• Capacity to comprehend and apply information from technical guides and schematics.
• Demonstrate a high level of precision and a dedication to superior quality outcomes.
• Capability to function effectively both autonomously and within a collaborative group setting.
• Flexibility regarding shift scheduling, with a readiness to put in extra hours when required.
