Ukrops Homestyle Foods is seeking a Sanitation Area Lead to manage a production area at our kitchen facility. You will ensure efficient operation while maintaining GMPs and GFSI standards, with weekend shifts and flexibility for all shifts as needed.
You will supervise 5-10 associates, train staff, monitor sanitation and quality processes, and work with Shift Supervisors on staffing and scheduling to meet production goals.
