• Configure and run diverse machinery in alignment with project requirements.
• Oversee equipment functionality and perform necessary tweaks to help the team achieve consistent, high-quality output.
• Perform frequent equipment checks to verify that all systems are operating securely and correctly.
• Execute standard maintenance and resolve technical hitches to help reduce operational interruptions.
• Adhere to all safety guidelines and keep the workspace tidy and orderly.
• Work alongside colleagues to ensure production targets and schedules are successfully met.
• Record manufacturing activities and communicate any concerns to management.

• Completion of high school or a GED; vocational training related to machine operation is beneficial.
• Demonstrated background working as a machine operator or in a comparable position.
• Solid mechanical understanding and the ability to resolve complex issues.
• Capacity to comprehend and utilize technical schematics and blueprints.
