Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that enhance the firm’s presence across both online and offline platforms
- Elevate brand visibility through innovative campaigns, digital marketing efforts, and public relations outreach
- Partner with attorneys and staff to ensure cohesive and consistent messaging across all marketing channels
- Leverage data-driven insights to refine strategies, optimize performance, and measure ROI effectively
- Oversee social media platforms and campaigns, content creation, website management, and additional marketing initiatives
- Coordinate and manage client events, webinars, and networking opportunities to build relationships and promote the firm’s expertise
- Remain ahead of industry trends, ensuring our marketing efforts stay fresh, relevant, and innovative
- Work closely with Firm Leadership and our legal team to promote our services effectively
- A minimum of five (5) years of marketing experience, preferably within the legal or professional services sector
- Strong expertise in digital marketing tools, SEO, and content creation
- Outstanding communication, project management, and organizational skills
- A creative thinker who balances innovation with professionalism in all marketing strategies
- Proven experience in managing client relationships and collaborating with external vendors or agencies
- A results-oriented mindset with a deep passion for driving growth and achieving measurable success
