Position Responsibilities
  • Execute strategic and tactical planning to meet client needs.
  • Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and executives.
  • Establish and maintain project budgets, timelines, and administration to achieve profitability.
  • Internally work in tandem with the creative team to deliver high-quality, on-time branding and marketing solutions.
  • Contribute to new business opportunities, including idea contribution, research, and proposal preparation.
  • Forecast and track client account metrics.
  • Enhance department and organization’s reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests and exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
  • Develop new opportunities to grow the client’s business through branding and marketing efforts.
  • Be aware of marketing trends and innovations.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Requirements Essential Skills and Experience
  • A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent job experience.
  • 3-5 years of advertising agency experience and a solid grasp of the fundamentals of marketing and advertising.
  • Experience in traditional marketing channels (print, television, radio, point of sale, promotions) as well as newer media like online marketing, social networking, blogs, etc.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, including presentation/pitch skills.
  • Proactive, solutions-oriented attitude.
  • Flexibility (e.g., the ability to handle an account where deadlines are tight and client preferences may change suddenly and with short notice).
  • The ability to work independently and function as a high-performing team member.
  • An innate desire to operate at the top of your game and deliver the best creative product.
  • Commitment to bringing consistent thought leadership in support of the client’s marketing and communication needs.
  • Relationship management, project management, or process management experience is a plus.
