As an Entry-Level Event Assistant , you'll work with an experienced team to support marketing events, promotional campaigns, community engagements, and customer-focused brand experiences.
Responsibilities may include:- Assist with event preparation, setup, execution, and breakdown
- Support promotional marketing campaigns and community events
- Interact with customers, attendees, and community members
- Answer questions and provide information about products, services, and promotions
- Represent client brands professionally and enthusiastically
- Create positive and memorable customer experiences
- Assist with event materials, displays, schedules, and supplies
- Support day-to-day event and campaign operations
- Collect customer feedback and assist with tracking event engagement
- Work closely with team members and leadership
- Attend team meetings, training sessions, and professional development programs
- Take on additional responsibilities as your skills and experience grow
