Community Outreach Representative – Entry Level

GEM is hiring Entry-Level Community Outreach Representatives to support community-focused marketing and awareness campaigns.

Our team helps organizations build visibility and meaningful connections through community engagement, outreach, events, and local brand activation.

As a Community Outreach Representative, you’ll help create positive interactions between organizations and the communities they serve.

• Representing organizations at community events and activations
• Engaging with members of the public
• Providing accurate information about campaigns and initiatives
• Starting conversations and building rapport
• Helping increase awareness and participation
• Supporting event and outreach activities
• Working collaboratively with other representatives
• Maintaining a professional and positive attitude
• Participating in team meetings, coaching, and training
• Working toward established campaign objectives

• Enjoys working with people
• Has strong communication skills—or wants to develop them
• Is comfortable in a public-facing environment
• Enjoys teamwork
• Is motivated by goals and personal development
• Wants hands-on experience instead of sitting behind a desk all day
• Is looking for an entry-level career opportunity with room to grow

Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, fundraising, events, sales, communications, or community organizations can be helpful, but it is not required.
