We're hiring an Event Promotions Assistant to help prepare, coordinate, and support promotional activities for a variety of marketing campaigns.
No previous event or marketing experience is necessary. We're looking for someone dependable, organized, and ready to learn.
What You’ll Do- Assist with event setup, promotional displays, and materials.
- Help ensure campaign spaces are professional and organized.
- Welcome attendees and provide basic campaign information.
- Support the event team with on-site coordination.
- Communicate schedule updates and logistical needs to team members.
- Help organize materials and complete post-event tasks.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Friendly communication and a collaborative mindset.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to follow instructions and manage multiple tasks.
- Willingness to work at designated event locations.
This position offers practical experience in event operations, teamwork, public communication, and promotional campaign support.
