The Program & Operations Director (POD) is responsible for day-to-day programming, operations, and organization of Mary's Choice RVA, a Maternity Home. The primary focus for this position includes:
- House operations
- Program operations
- Volunteer recruitment and coordination
The POD will serve as the primary point-of-contact and act in the absence of the Executive Director. Responsibilities include overseeing all aspects of residential services, such as Client Relations, Volunteers, Non-monetary Donations, House supplies, and operations. The POD will also oversee resident faith development and discipleship. Additionally, the POD is responsible for producing reports by deadlines and maintaining confidentiality to protect residents’ privacy.
This is a paid, part-time position requiring a minimum of 20 hours per week, with potential to become full-time. The POD must uphold the organization's vision, mission, and core values and possess a servant spirit. MCRVA is a home for pregnant women seeking candidates.
