  • Serve as a connector between industry leaders and community advocates.
  • Own and manage a grassroots advocacy platform, ensuring data accuracy, district‑level segmentation, and effective targeting.
  • Track public engagement opportunities related to comprehensive plans, zoning initiatives, and rezoning cases throughout the region.
  • Maintain organized records of ongoing and upcoming land‑use initiatives.
  • Mobilize volunteers in support of rezoning, land‑use initiatives, and local housing priorities.
  • Lead visible turnout efforts at public meetings, planning commission hearings, and local government sessions.
  • Execute coordinated email and text advocacy campaigns to appointed and elected officials.
  • Plan and support volunteer engagement efforts during local elections.
  • Oversee clear, compelling email and text communications that prepare and empower advocates.
  • Develop and distribute digital content using campaign milestones, data, and public engagement activity.
