• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Virginia
• Minimum 1 year of recent home health experience (Medicare/Medicaid/Private Insurance)
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Familiarity with OASIS documentation and EMR charting
• Ability to work independently while collaborating within a team
• Compassionate, patient-focused, and dependable
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation
