Job Summary
Central Health Management is seeking qualified Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants to work two weekends per month (Friday‑Sunday) in the Richmond, VA area. This primary‑care role typically sees about 20 patients per day with a focus on mitigating readmission to hospitalization rates.
ResponsibilitiesYou will work with facility staff to round on recently admitted and existing patients, providing treatment in accordance with the established care plan, revising as medically necessary, educating patients and families, and communicating with the admitting physician.
Schedule & HoursTwo weekends per month (Friday through Sunday). Part‑time.
Qualifications- MSN or PA from an accredited university.
- Active and unencumbered license to practice.
- Active and unencumbered DEA license to prescribe.
- Active BLS certification.
- Strong communication and collaborative skills.
- Ability to work two weekends per month.
