Nurse Manager, ICU

About the Hospital/Health System/Department:

• Non-profit, Magnet designated level I trauma center that has served its community for over 40 years
• Position will manage a busy and growing mixed 48 bed Medical ICU with a team of over 125 FTE's
• Reports directly to a dynamic and supportive Director of Critical Care

• The ICU Nurse Manager will be responsible for the day to day operations, ensuring staffing is appropriate to provide the highest level of patient safety and quality, mentoring and leading a team, and building positive and collaborative relationships across all levels

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required
• RN Active License
• At least two (2) years of nursing leadership experience in ICU/Critical Care (Supervisor / Charge Nurse level or above will be considered)
• At least five (5) years of Critical Care/ICU nursing experience
• Proven track record in leading and managing teams, improving patient satisfaction and employee engagement
• Collaborative and INSPIRATIONAL leadership style that is able to work well across all levels
