• Must possess a valid unencumbered, RN State License. A nursing degree from an accredited college or university is preferred.
• Clinical nursing experience within a hospital, nursing care center, or other related healthcare setting.
• Must have experience in supervision and principles, the practice of teaching, etc.
• Experience in rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices is strongly preferred.
• Must demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the age-related needs of the residents served.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to deal tactfully with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies/personnel, and the general public.
• Must be knowledgeable of nursing and medical practices and procedures, as well as laws, regulations, and guidelines that pertain to nursing care facilities.

• Salary: $120k/yr-$200k
