St. Mary's HospitalSchedule:
2 12‑hour shifts a week, night shift on Sunday and Monday.
Supervises the clinical and administrative functions of the hospital during designated duty periods. Provides leadership and direction to nursing staff, collaborates with physicians and other departments throughout the hospital and community in problem‑solving and resolution. Combines clinical skills, organizational and administrative abilities to provide quality patient care through innovation.
Job Requirements- Graduate from an accredited school of nursing with a BSN preferred.
- Licensed and currently registered as a professional nurse in the State of Virginia.
- 3–5 years of recent clinical experience, including experience in a supervisory role.
- CPR BLS certified and able to perform both adult and child CPR in any hospital setting.
- ACLS and PALS certifications, or willing to obtain them through the hospital.
