Job Description
American Traveler is seeking a seasoned RN for a Med/Surg travel assignment on the night shift requiring a VA or compact license and at least one year of recent med/surg experience.
Responsibilities

• Work in a Med/Surg unit in a hospital setting

• Patient population includes general medical and surgical cases

• Night shift schedule is 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM

• Responsible for providing comprehensive nursing care to adult med/surg patients

• Must submit copies of all certifications and verifications as requested

• Specific documentation requirements must be met for consideration
Requirements

• Active VA or compact RN license required

• Minimum of one year recent med/surg experience

• American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross (ARC) BLS certification required, not expiring within the first 30 days of assignment

• No gaps in work history of 90 days or more within the last 12 months

• U.S. Social Security Number and date of birth required for consideration
