Anesthesiology

HCA Healthcare Anesthesia Services is hiring CRNAs for a hospital-employed, W2 position in Richmond, VA. The role offers full scope of practice, competitive compensation, and a supportive work environment.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
• Successful completion of an accredited School of Nurse Anesthesia program
• Certification as a Registered Nurse Anesthetist by the AANA/NBCRNA
• Active licensure with current ACLS and BLS certification
• Care Team Model of 10 General Anesthesiologists and 23 CRNAs covering an average of 18 sites of service
• Diverse mix of cases including Complex Neuro/Spine, OB, GYN, General, heavy orthopedics, Robotics and GI. No trauma, cardiac, or pediatric cases
• Annual surgical volume of 17,000 cases
• Current schedule includes a mix of 8, 10, and 12 hour shifts (Separate in-house Nighthawk Team)
• Practice at the top of license with demonstrated proficiency

• Start Date (commencement) bonus up to $75,000
