• Assess, monitor, and treat acute and chronic wounds, pressure injuries, and post‑op sites
• Collaborate with IDT to develop individualized care plans
• Document treatments and outcomes thoroughly
• Educate staff and patients on wound prevention and care best practices
• Maintain compliance with state, federal, and facility guidelines

• Current RN or LPN license (VA)
• Wound care certification (WCC, CWCN, or willingness to obtain) preferred
• Skilled nursing experience a plus!
• Strong assessment, documentation, and communication skills
• Passion for patient care and a healing touch
