Neonatology Physician

Solomon Page is seeking a board-certified Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) for a Level III NICU in a newly built, family-centered 22-bed unit. This is an excellent locum or ongoing assignment for NNPs with recent NICU experience.

• 24-hour shifts for work-life balance

• Collaborative team with on-site pediatric cardiology & VCU subspecialty support

• Advanced therapies: HFOV, HFJV, inhaled nitric oxide, therapeutic hypothermia

• Pediatric surgery coverage (no ECMO; PDA ligations included)

• NICU & newborn census: 20

• Annual deliveries: 1,700

• Newborn admits: 95%

• Private patient rooms in a modern facility

• Access to D.C., the Blue Ridge Mountains, and Atlantic coast

• Thriving arts, outdoor recreation, and top-rated schools

• Current APRN national specialty certification

• Active Virginia license

• Minimum of a Master s degree

• Clinically active within the last 12 months

• At least 6 months of NICU experience
