Details:? 4-day work week (Tuesday - Friday)
? Neurosurgery & spine focus
? ICU, ED, and inpatient exposure
? Strong physician collaboration
? Established APP team and mentorship
? No routine call burden
- Manage neurosurgical and spine patients across the ICU, ED, and inpatient units
- Assist with patient evaluations, treatment planning, and post-operative care
- Collaborate directly with neurosurgeons in a team-based environment
- Educate patients and families throughout their care journey
- Acute Care Nurse Practitioner (AGACNP) or Physician Assistant
- Virginia license (or eligibility)
- Critical care, surgery, hospitalist, trauma, neuro, or neurosurgery experience preferred
