Registered Nurse – IMC/PCU/Stepdown (Neuroscience PCU)

Richmond, VA | PCU/Stepdown

Contract | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)

• Provide direct patient care in a Neuroscience Progressive Care/Stepdown unit
• Document all patient care activities using EPIC electronic health records (required)
• Float within scope of practice to other units as needed
• Complete all required facility orientation modules by the end of the orientation week
• Participate in every-other-weekend (EOW) scheduling and fulfill 2 holiday obligations per contract

• Active Virginia RN license or compact state license — must be in hand at time of submission
• Minimum 2 years of RN experience
• EPIC charting experience required — no exceptions
• 2 professional references required
• Must comply with facility natural nail policy
• Local candidates are welcome and accepted at the same base rate — no radius restrictions

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
• Prior experience in a neuroscience or progressive care/stepdown setting
• Familiarity with travel compliance documentation requirements (SSN, DOB, address, phone, email)

• Opportunity to work in a specialized neuroscience PCU environment with a well-established clinical team
• Consistent night shift schedule with expected 36 hours per week
