** is seeking an experienced and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our leadership team as
** Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON)**. This key leadership position works closely with the Director of Nursing to support clinical excellence, develop nursing staff, ensure regulatory compliance, and promote exceptional resident outcomes.
** Position Summary
*** The Assistant Director of Nursing collaborates with the Director of Nursing to maximize the performance and satisfaction of the nursing department and foster a positive, collaborative, and resident-centered environment.
** Key Responsibilities
*** Oversee daily nursing operations and regulatory compliance.
* Conduct clinical rounds and evaluate resident care needs.
* Supervise, coach, evaluate, recruit, hire, and onboard nursing staff.
* Coordinate orientation, staff education, QAPI, and infection prevention activities.
* Investigate incidents and concerns in accordance with regulations.
* Review staffing, medication records, treatment records, and care plans.
* Collaborate with physicians, therapy, pharmacy, residents, and families.
* Assume DON responsibilities in the DON’s absence.

* ** Current Virginia RN license in good standing.
* Current CPR certification.
* Strong clinical assessment, leadership, and customer service skills.
