Client Service Rep – Veterinary Office

📍 Richmond, VA | 💵 Pay: $16/hour | ⏰ Mon–Thurs, 7 AM–5:30 PM

We’re Helping Hands Affordable Veterinary Surgery & Dental Care — a high-volume surgical + dental clinic (no general practice medicine). We help pets get the care they need at an affordable cost, and we need a full-time, in‑person Client Service Rep (CSR) to be the friendly face and reliable support that keeps our team moving.

• Greet clients, schedule appointments, answer phones 📞
• Talk through surgeries and anesthetic risks (we’ll train you) 🐾
• Handle payments and client records 💻
• Run bloodwork and update charts 🧪
• Help with intakes, discharges, laundry, cleaning, and even animal restraint when needed ✨

• Can handle tough conversations (including risks and loss) 💙

Veterinary/medical experience is a plus, but we’ll train the right person
