As a member of our team, you will report to the Grounds Maintenance Crew Leader. You will ensure tasks are completed efficiently, safely and to quality standards. This role will be responsible for trimming and mowing of all grass as well as trimming of shrubs, hedges, and trees with appropriate tools. Your people skills will come in handy and will help you to maintain fantastic professional relationships with your fellow team members and those that we serve.

• Always keep property in inspection ready condition
• Continual maintenance of landscaped areas and flower beds which includes removal of weeds, planting of flowers, application of mulch and watering of plants
• Routine policing of grounds for loose trash empty trash in all common areas, as needed
• Removal of snow/ice from sidewalks, doorways, ramps, steps, as needed
• Participate in all job-related technical and safety training and comply to safety standards and demonstrate safe work habits

• Completion of high school diploma or equivalent (GED), preferred
• At least three (3) years of related experience
• Capability to work in inclement weather and extreme temperatures
• Knowledge of and ability to work with gas-powered tools and mowers
• Good oral and written communication skills for positive and clear interactions
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Proficiency to work as part of a team and follow directions
• Ability to lift to 50 pounds
• Capability to do repetitious bending at the waist and kneeling.
