- Assist Superintendent with creating schedule of First Work Inspections (FWI’s) on Level 01, also known as "Mission Critical" job sites.
- Complete FWI checklists and participate in inspections on Level 01, also known as "Mission Critical" job sites.
- Perform in-wall and overhead QC Inspections identifying any Non-Conforming items, send finished inspections to project team and upload to Procore.
- Perform production Verification walks on site to ensure the reported numbers from field team are accurate and up to date.
- Maintain reports electronically using Procore (Reports include Valve Tag Charts, Weld/Torque Map Drawings, etc.).
- Minimal construction experience as a Journeyman Plumber with previous work experience in commercial construction.
- Knowledge of construction contract documents.
- Ability to review and understand drawings, specifications, and submittals.
- Proficiency interfacing with technology (i.e., Microsoft Office, PDF editing software).
- High school diploma.
- Ability to coordinate with others and perform multiple activities in a timely manner.
- Ability to analyze data and then combine information to form conclusions.
