About

The Role

Since 2013, we've been creating remarkably better furniture experiences one sofa at a time. As a Senior Warehouse Quality Specialist, you'll be responsible for conducting inspections, tests, and audits at our warehouse site, verifying suppliers are meeting standards, and working on solutions projects to repair non-conforming products. You will collaborate closely with the Quality Department, Warehouse and Logistics, and other cross-functional teams to help drive quality improvements.

You will work with the quality team to ensure the quality of our furniture, and to address non-conformances efficiently. This role is crucial for maintaining high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

The warehouse quality team was first introduced in 2024 and we are excited to expand the team with team members at all warehouse locations. The Senior Specialist will assist in managing the distribution and prioritization of work across the team, develop solutions for non-conforming products, and work with the team lead on more complex projects.

As a Particle (people of Article), you will have a high level of autonomy to solve challenging, meaningful problems the best way you can. That means you're trusted to explore solutions you believe will work best (you're the expert, after all). You'll do all this while growing your skills within a company that is redefining the furniture industry.
