The LEGO Group in Richmond, VA is seeking a Technical Writer to create, maintain, and improve Standard Work documentation, partnering with Training and Operations to support a safe, productive workforce across local and global processes.
You will collaborate with Process Owners and SMEs, manage training plans and records, ensure version control, participate in Lean initiatives, and travel domestically and internationally as needed. Hybrid work with ~3 days in the office.
