We're searching for an energetic, results-driven Leasing & Resident Relations Consultant to be the heartbeat of our community. If you thrive on connecting with people, delivering exceptional service with an upbeat personality, and want to gain valuable assistant management skills right out of the gate, this is the role for you.

We need a primary go-to person for our residents—someone who makes customer service look easy and genuinely enjoys building relationships. If you can handle a fast-paced environment, juggle multiple tasks like a pro, and are ready to grow your career, you’ll fit right in.

You're a pro at multitasking, communicate clearly (both written and spoken), and keep everything super organized.
Tech Savvy: If you know One Site, that's a bonus. Otherwise, be ready to master Yardi and MS Office (Word/Excel).
Language

Skills:

Hablas español? Spanish fluency is a bonus!
Qualifications: High school diploma or GED required. A college degree is great, but we value your drive and hustle. Looking sharp is key.
Experience: Leasing experience is important, but we also love backgrounds in hospitality, hotels, or retail where you've learned how to treat people right.

The Impact:
Essential Functions

Leasing Guru: You'll guide prospects through the whole process, from that first chat and tour to signing the lease and moving in.
Resident Champion: Be the friendly face for our current residents, tackling their questions and making sure they get prompt service.
Market Strategist: Keep an eye on what competitors are doing and bring fresh ideas to keep our community full and awesome.
Growth Mindset: Help boost traffic and new move-ins to keep occupancy rates high.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities Leasing, Marketing & The Hustle:

Handle the leasing process from start to finish.

Get creative with marketing efforts on Craigslist and whatever new platforms pop up!

Keep the office looking welcoming and professional.

Know the tour path inside out and make those vacant units shine.

Sell the community lifestyle, not just the apartment walls.

Follow up with every potential resident quickly using Yardi.

Resident Relations & Leveling Up Your

Skills:

Be the energetic first point of contact for everyone who visits or calls.

Deliver top-notch customer service, every time.

Log maintenance requests and make sure they get sorted smoothly.

Handle move-in/move-out inspections (gain that extra experience!).

Support the Property Manager with tasks like delinquency communication and office duties (building those future manager skills!).

Track market trends and put together weekly traffic reports.

Keep everything organized in our Yardi property management software.
