Bilingual Leasing Agent Affordable Housing

Genesis Properties is recruiting a LIHTC Leasing Agent for a property in Richmond, Virginia.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Bilingual (Spanish & English) necessary
• LIHTC leasing experience preferred
• One Site experience preferred
• An upbeat and positive attitude
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to multi task
• Great communication skills (both written and verbal)

This position will require you to generate traffic and new move-ins to keep up the occupancy of our properties. You will be responsible for processing applications, as well as helping out with other office tasks. These tasks include filing, answering the phone, entering service requests for residents, completing pre-move in inspections. You will be responsible for marketing and posting Craigslist Ads.

The Leasing Agent will be expected to provide a high level of customer service to prospects and residents.

Compensation:
Starting at $18/hour plus bonus structure and commissions
