Chemistry Laboratory Technician
Job DescriptionThe Chemistry Laboratory Technician provides hands‑on technical support for formulators in areas such as ATF, Gear, Off‑Road, and MTF, with additional assistance to the CTS team as needed. This role is crucial for ensuring precise formulation work, dependable testing, and the seamless operation of vital laboratory processes.
Responsibilities- Provide laboratory support for ATF, Gear, Off‑Road, and MTF formulators.
- Support the CTS team as required.
- Accurately weigh chemical components and blend fluids related to ATF, Gear, Off‑Road, and MTF chemistries.
- Conduct and schedule analytical and bench testing.
- Maintain critical laboratory equipment.
- Adhere to corporate safety and ISO 9001 guidelines.
- Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry, Biology, or a related field.
- 1 year of laboratory experience.
- Proficiency in chemistry and laboratory practices.
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Ability to work at a fast pace.
- Skill in multitasking.

Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Richmond, VA.
Pay And BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $21.00 – $25.00/hr eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
