Job Summary

We are seeking a Pizza Prep/Line Cook to join our busy restaurant team. You will be responsible for preparing delicious meals using high-quality ingredients. The ideal candidate is experienced, creative, and committed to providing an excellent customer experience. If you have a passion for pizza and creating impressive meals, we want to hear from you.

Duties and Responsibilities

Follow recipes and food prep schedules.

Operate a pizza oven: cooking, removing pizzas, and cutting.

Make pizza dough, sauces, and toppings.

Set up the kitchen with necessary tools and equipment.

Prepare pizzas and other foods, presenting them appealingly.

Maintain inventory levels and restock as needed.

Follow all food safety regulations.

Participate in daily kitchen opening and closing procedures.

Perform other duties as assigned by the head chef or management.

Flexibility to work at both locations.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.

Serve Safe or Food Handler’s Certification.

Advanced culinary techniques and recipe knowledge.

Ability to stay calm and perform well under pressure.

Excellent time management skills.

Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
