The Dishwasher position involves:
- Keeping the dish area clean and organized.
- Loading, running, and unloading the dish machine.
- Restocking all plateware and silverware at each station.
- Monitoring dish machine water temperature and chemical levels to ensure sanitary wash cycles.
- Washing and storing all tableware and kitchenware.
- Preparing all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner.
