• Prepare and serve drinks, including cocktails, beer, and wine
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including washing glasses and utensils and restocking supplies
• Managing bar operations (Stocking and cleaning)
• Handling payments (Good with basic math skills)
• POS skills
• Good customer service to ensure guests satisfaction and smooth bar flow

• Process payments and handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
• Communicate effectively with other team members, including servers and management
• Follow all safety and sanitation policies and procedures
• At Waters Edge Winery, we will be making our own wine in house so training will be required
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a bartender
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and handle a high-volume workload
• Understand basic drink recipes
  - Product knowledge
• Alcohol server training

• Salary (If full time) Will be discussed separately
• $18-$22 (Part time)
