We have an opening for a full time FOH LEAD SUPERVISOR position.

Costar Group - 901 Semmes Avenue, Richmond, VA 23224.

Full time schedule;
Monday through Friday, hours may vary. More details upon interview. - Requirement:
Prior experience in hospitality and Microsoft applications is required. - Perks:
No nights, weekends, or holidays. Paid holidays after 90 days! - Pay Range: $20.00 per hour to $22.00 per hour.
Monitors the food service operation to ensure production of top quality products and service.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Performs inventory management to maintain high valuation and minimal waste.
- Ensures that staff is on task, quality assurance standards are being met, and the operation is clean and organized.
- Monitors marketing, confirming that signage is current and appropriate.
- Upholds policies and procedures to guarantee compliance with company and client expectations.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds.

Abides by all Company policies and procedures including but not limited to :
- The use of a medium weight cut gloves when handling or using knives, peelers, choppers, mandolins or cleaning a slicer.
- The use of oven mitts, fryer gloves or steamer gloves when handling hot pans from ovens, warmers or steam tables.
- The use of slip‑resistant shoes and proper lifting techniques.
