We are seeking a reliable and efficient Contract Dishwasher to join our team in Richmond, VA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards for china, glassware, tableware, cooking utensils, etc., using machine and manual cleaning methods. This position also ensures the dishwashing area is clean, safe, and sanitary.

Key Responsibilities:

- Load, run, and unload dishwashing machines.

- Wash specific items by hand when necessary.

- Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing station, kitchen, and food storage areas.

- Ensure all equipment is clean and in good working condition.

- Report any functional or mechanical problems to the kitchen manager immediately.

- Assist in the setup and breakdown of kitchen areas as required.

- Adhere to all health and safety regulations.
