- Prepare and serve bubble tea beverages according to standardized recipes and presentation guidelines.
- Cook and maintain the quality of boba pearls and other toppings throughout the day.
- Measure, mix, and adjust ingredients to ensure consistency and flavor.
- Innovate and suggest new drink ideas or variations to enhance the menu.
- Greet customers with a friendly and welcoming attitude.
- Answer questions about menu items, ingredients, and customization options.
- Take customer orders accurately, process transactions, and handle payments.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing concerns or special requests promptly.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation, including counters, equipment, and storage areas.
- Follow proper food safety and sanitation protocols at all times.
- Assist with daily opening, closing, and shift change tasks, including equipment cleaning and stock replenishment.
- Monitor stock levels of ingredients and supplies, such as teas, syrups, and toppings.
- Communicate restocking needs to management in a timely manner.
- Properly store and label all ingredients to ensure freshness and quality.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Previous experience as a barista or in food/beverage preparation is a plus but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes consistently.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Familiarity with bubble tea preparation or a willingness to learn.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and measurements.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs. as needed.
