As the full-time Sales Leader, you support the Store Leadership Team by leading Leader on Duty (LOD) shifts and ensuring a stellar guest experience. You manage daily store operations when needed, train, motivate and celebrate associates, and drive strong sales results. You represent our company values and bring your REAL self to work every day.

• You have a passion for driving sales: as a key LOD, maximize fitting room and salesfloor productivity and build guest loyalty through an in-store guest experience. Support Store Leadership to maximize business opportunities and drive KPI results.
• People leadership: motivate and inspire the team through AEO's core values. Be a role-model and hold associates accountable to AEO’s service standards on the Sales floor and in the fitting room.
• Talent and training: recruit and hire strong talent to ensure adequate staffing. Train and develop associates to provide outstanding service and uphold a Guest First culture.
• Teamwork: set clear, attainable goals for Sales and Stock Associates and provide ongoing feedback through real-time coaching. Motivate and drive engagement by celebrating outstanding performance.
• Visual & operational execution: implement daily visual and operational procedures including shipment processing, merchandising moves and visual standards. Ensure the fitting rooms are guest-ready and aligned with AEO Brand Standards.
• Integrity and policy adherence: maintain store safety standards, comply with Asset Protection standards, follow AEO policies and procedures, and always do the right thing.
