Overview

Store Manager role at Panda Restaurant Group. Panda Express is searching for experienced leaders to join our store management team. The company supports professional and personal development with paid Store Management Leadership Training, mentorship, and a supportive Panda community.

You are in charge of the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing of associates to achieve financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences. You are responsible for making your store a success. An eight or more week store leadership training program will be provided to prepare you for success.

• High school diploma required
• Flexibility to work in a store within a 50-mile radius
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends
• Food Safety:
  Serve Safe certified

Work areas may be hot with steam from steam table and food vapors. Employees may need to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs., and work in a fast-paced environment.
