Retail Sales Consultant Part Time

As a Retail Sales Associate, you contribute to the customer experience across store operations including retail, rental, custom, and omni-channel services within a single location. The role emphasizes teamwork, customer service, and achieving store metrics.

• Engage as a member of a high-performing team through trust, commitment, and a focus on results.
• Build relationships with customers from greeting through post-sale follow-up.
• Demonstrate benchmark selling techniques for retail, custom clothing, and special occasion rentals.
• Encourage and participate in team selling to impact store sales volume and metrics.
• Assist with visually merchandising, store setup, and stock counts; conduct merchandise checks.
• Handle the cash register at the point of sale as a cashier.

• Customer service mindset focused on delivering a world-class experience.
• Desire to learn and adapt to new programs.
• Ability to work collaboratively with retail teammates and contribute to a positive work environment.

• Ability to stand and walk for most of the shift; bend, squat, twist; lift up to 50 lbs.; climb a ladder to reach merchandise; distinguish fabrics and colors.
