Ukrop's Market Hall offers the "best-of" Ukrop's foods and legendary customer service in a friendly, neighborhood atmosphere. Dine-in or carry out your favorites‑fried chicken, potato wedges, panini sandwiches, pizzas, and a full selection of chilled prepared entrees, sides, deli salads, and fresh baked goods. The Market Hall, located in Richmond, Virginia, is seeking to fill multiple full‑time and part‑time positions
. The Market Hall hours are 7:00 am ‑ 7:00 pm, Tuesday through Saturday
. The positions and shifts vary, with occasional overtime during holiday peaks.

The Market Specialists will provide excellent customer service, and a positive and professional attitude while serving our customers throughout the store. Market Specialists thrive on having the ability to learn multiple tasks, work a variety of positions and be on the move for an entire shift. Team Members delight in answering customer questions and requests, help maintain the general cleanliness and organization of the store, inside and out, register customer orders, stock displays, assist with receiving and stocking, working the service case in bakery and kitchen departments, prep food products, all while wearing a smile and with an upbeat attitude.

• Deliver outstanding customer service and ensure superior customer satisfaction.
• Proactively help customers with product suggestions or needs.
• Stay up to date on all in‑store promotions and new products.
• May work at the front end of the store registering customer orders in a timely and efficient manner, collecting multiple sources of customer payments, carefully bagging customer orders, and performing opening and closing register duties.
• Work service, food prep and cooking areas in the bakery and kitchen departments.
• Follow all company policies and procedures as well as local and state foods safety guidelines.
• Help to unload, and intake inventory daily products, stock cases and merchandise according to store guidelines.
• Help to maintain the cleanliness and upkeep of our store, including keeping floors free from debris, stocking of supplies in takeout areas, cleaning dining tables and other duties as assigned.
• Maintain a safe working environment by complying with company procedures and policies.
• Report on all food safety issues to manager.
• Perform all other duties that may be assigned.

• Must be 16 years or older or have a Work Permit.
• Previous retail customer service experience preferred but not required.
• Previous food service experience and training preferred but not required.
