Position Summary
Performs all duties involved in the shipping process for the E‑Commerce department, including pick, pack and ship functions. Initiates Fed Ex claims for lost or damaged goods, pulls unsold auction items to appropriate areas (Auction, Outlet, E‑Recycle) and assists listing specialists as needed.

• Pull items sold/paid on Shop Good Will  for shipping.
• Pack items with appropriate shipping materials in a secure, appropriately sized box.
• Use Fed Ex and Shop Good Will  shipment software.
• Meet daily shipment goals.
• Stage packages for Fed Ex pickup and assist drivers.
• Open claims with Fed Ex for lost or damaged shipments.
• Determine next steps for unsold items (relist, combine & list, Outlet, Auction, E‑Recycle) and act daily.
• Assist with photographing and listing as directed by the E‑Commerce Project Manager.

The associate in this position does not have any supervisory responsibilities.

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• No previous experience required.
• No professional certifications required.
• Criminal background check required.
• E‑commerce research and listing experience, or equivalent personal online sales experience, preferred.

• Goodwill's product sales lines (music, jewelry, art, electronics, cameras, etc.).
• Digital camera use and ability to take usable digital photos for online listings.
