H&M Sales Advisor – Chesterfield Town Center

As a Sales Advisor, you will provide excellent customer service, guide customers through the store, actively sell our products, and support them with product knowledge. You will also participate in garment refill & care, presentation, and maintain a clean and tidy sales floor and back‑of‑house.

• Welcome and guide customers through the store and omni experience, supporting them with direct service.
• Engage customers in conversations to provide excellent service.
• Guide customers through our fashion trends, stories, and products in all areas of the store.
• Effectively promote and sell our products to customers.
• Actively promote the Customer Loyalty App (Hello Member) and in‑store sustainability initiatives.
• Represent the H&M brand positively during all customer interactions.
• Support commercial or operational actions to reach sales targets with store management team.
• Contribute to a clean and tidy sales floor and back‑of‑house, including stockrooms.
• Complete the garment cycle from unpacking and refill to steaming and ensure good garment care.
• Operate fitting room and checkout areas according to best practice and visual and commercial guidelines.
• Support garment presentation and maintain attractive merchandise displays.
• Ensure good stock levels with replenishment routines on the sales floor.
• Follow all H&S guidelines and legal requirements applicable to role and responsibilities.

• Keep up‑to‑date with fashion scene, trends, styles, brands, products, competitors, and relevant influencers.
• Use product and fashion knowledge to share relevant information with customers.
• Retain and share service, fashion, and store operations knowledge and skills with colleagues.
• Follow all procedures, routines, and legal requirements in all areas of the store.
• Give and receive feedback with colleagues to learn, develop and support each other.
• Participate in onboarding, introduction processes, trainings and courses relevant for your role and future development.

• Passionate about fashion and customer experience.
• Communicative, creative, curious, motivated, flexible, decisive, and action‑oriented.
• Enjoy working in a collaborative and dynamic retail environment.
• Prior sales experience in a dynamic fashion or retail setting.
• Experience in customer service within fashion, retail, or other service‑related industries.
