Location: Richmond, BC V6X 3A6 (On site)

Salary: $42.00 to $47.00 hourly (To be negotiated) / 30 to 35 hours per week

Terms of employment: Permanent employment Full time

Start date: As soon as possible

• Direct and control daily operations
• Evaluate daily operations
• Plan and organize daily operations
• Manage staff and assign duties
• Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand, potential sales volumes and effect of competitors' operations on sales
• Determine merchandise and services to be sold
• Locate, select and procure merchandise for resale
• Develop and implement marketing strategies
• Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses
• Determine staffing requirements
• Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages
• Recruit, hire and supervise staff and/or volunteers
• Oversee payroll administration
• Conduct performance reviews

• 3–4 people

Qualifications:

• 2 to 3 years of experience in a retail management role
• Experience in budgeting, marketing, and inventory management
• Strong leadership and communication skills

Computer and technology knowledge: MS Outlook
