Position Overview

We are on the hunt for a dynamic and motivated Outside Sales Representative to join our vibrant team and propel the growth of our life insurance products. As a key player in our sales force, you will forge strong client relationships, uncover customer needs, and offer tailored life insurance solutions.
This role lets you work independently, meet potential clients in various settings, and hit your sales targets in a rewarding and supportive environment.
- Prospecting and Lead Generation:
Leverage our platform to target qualified candidates seeking our diverse life insurance products, enabling you to focus more on client interactions. - Client Consultation:
Perform comprehensive needs assessments to understand clients financial goals and insurance needs, presenting and explaining life insurance options to help clients make informed decisions. - Sales Presentation:
Deliver compelling sales presentations to individuals and groups, showcasing the benefits and features of our life insurance products. Tailor presentations to address specific client concerns and preferences. - Relationship Management:
Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with clients, offering ongoing support and service. Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and policy retention. - Market Research:
Stay informed about industry trends, competitive products, and market conditions to position our life insurance products effectively. - Sales Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and progress toward targets; prepare regular reports for management review. - Compliance:
Ensure all sales activities adhere to regulatory requirements and company policies, maintaining confidentiality of client information and upholding ethical standards.
- Proven sales experience, preferably within insurance or financial services.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Outstanding presentation and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and the ability to work independently.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory and manage a flexible schedule.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field is a plus.
- Life insurance license or the ability to obtain one (we will assist in acquiring your license if not currently licensed).

Base pay range: $85,000.00/yr - $/yr. Additional compensation types include Annual Bonus and Commission. This range is provided by USA Life Insurance Group, LLC; your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience. Bonuses are performance-based and paid monthly; residuals are paid on the anniversary date of the client s sale.
