* What You’ll Do:

* ** Support and Manage Accounts:
** Begin with an active account list and work with our experienced team to develop new business opportunities.
* ** Develop New Local Business:
** Learn how to identify prospects, build relationships, and help local businesses reach their goals through customized advertising solutions.
* ** Full Sales Cycle Training:
** Receive guidance on how to prospect, create proposals, present solutions, close deals, and provide follow-up service.
* ** Collaborative Campaign Development:
** Work with clients and internal teams to create advertising campaigns across TV and digital platforms.
* ** Achievable Sales Goals:
** Learn how to set and reach monthly, quarterly, and annual goals through coaching and structured support.
