• Build, manage, and grow existing client accounts to generate repeat business and long‑term partnerships.
• Proactively engage with IT hiring managers and decision‑makers to understand their staffing needs.
• Collaborate with recruiting teams to deliver top‑tier tech talent to your clients.
• Prospect and develop new business through outbound outreach and networking.
• Document client activity in our CRM to maintain pipeline visibility and forecasting accuracy.
• Deliver a consultative sales approach focused on client value and satisfaction.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients and ensure exceptional service at every step.

• 2+ years of IT staffing sales or account management experience (required).
• Strong understanding of IT staffing, technical terminology, and industry trends.
• A motivated self‑starter with a hunter mentality and consultative sales approach.
• Confident communicator who excels at building relationships over the phone and in person.
• Detail‑oriented, organized, and goal‑focused.
• CRM experience and the ability to maintain accurate records of account activity.
