Home Energy Pros is a leading provider of solar and energy conservation solutions committed to sustainability and environmental stewardship. We offer an exciting opportunity for recent high school graduates or college students to gain valuable sales experience while making a positive impact on the planet.

• Conduct door-to-door sales presentations to homeowners in the Greater Cincinnati Area, introducing them to our solar and energy conservation products.
• Engage with potential customers in a friendly and approachable manner, educating them about the benefits of renewable energy and energy-efficient solutions.
• Generate leads and follow up with customers to close sales, meeting or exceeding weekly and monthly targets.
• Represent Home Energy Pros with enthusiasm and professionalism, building positive relationships with customers and colleagues.

• Recent high school graduate or college student with a strong work ethic and a desire to learn.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with people from diverse backgrounds.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a passion for sustainability and environmental conservation.
• No previous sales experience necessary; comprehensive training will be provided.
• Must have reliable transportation and be available to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

• Commission-based pay with the potential to earn $20,000 to $50,000 this summer.
