Responsibilities:

- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Conduct vehicle walk-around and explain features and benefits
- Conduct test drives and provide customers with a memorable experience
- Make recommendations based on customer's needs and budget
- Negotiate pricing and financing options to close sales
- Complete all necessary paperwork accurately and in a timely manner
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships
- Stay updated on product knowledge, features, and competitive advantages
- Meet and exceed sales goals and targets set by the dealership

Requirements:

- Previous experience in automotive sales is preferred, but not required
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
