We are looking for a dynamic Strategic Account Manager to join our regional team. This person will be responsible for driving Res Med brand prescriptions and managing strong relationships with company’s key clients. Key deliverables include planning, positioning and strategic marketing of Res Med solutions with referral sources, including but not limited to physicians, sleep labs and other. In addition, building rapport with players to drive adoption of Res Med brand as clinical preference.

Responsibilities

Drive durable Res Med brand prescriptions, identify referral opportunities, and increase patient funnel by leveraging existing solutions. Develop and maintain solid relationships and engagement with clients to drive Res Med branded prescriptions as direct clinical and operational preference. Acquire a thorough understanding of client and patients’ needs to instill Res Med branded solutions from beginning to end of patient’s journey and to reduce fallout in the patient journey.

Shift client’s clinical preference from diagnosis basis to patient’s long‑term success. Plan and execute strategies with specialists to drive client adoption of Res Med branded solutions. Collaborate with support teams through sales process and long‑term implementation of solution(s) using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. Professionally represent Res Med as the subject matter expert on the broad portfolio of products and solutions.

Requirements

A data driven mindset to identify how to effectively increase customer funnel. Ability to interpret key data/reports to clinically and constructively increase shares. Analyze client data to understand patient and provider relationship to offer Res Med brand solutions. The ability to develop a strong business acumen, build trust and credibility with client and gain their adoption to Res Med solutions and products as primary preference.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with clients and adjust strategy to meet their needs.

Qualifications
  • 5 years of sales experience plus a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Prior top ranked medical device, business to business (B2B) or business to consumer (B2C)
  • Exceptional sales, negotiating and closing skills
  • Experience using Salesforce (SFDC) or similar customer relationship management (CRM) platform
  • Excellence in all forms of communication, effective communicator in upstream and cross channel collaboration
  • Motivated, execution and results focus with accountability for continuous improvement
  • Team player with strong work ethic and a can‑do attitude
  • Ability to travel throughout territory as necessary to achieve results
